Our high quality 3×5 ft Cotton US flags are crafted using heavy-weight 2×2 ply mercerized cotton bunting. The tough and hardy weave surpasses our government’s specifications, and we use the scientifically designed, Ultraviolet treatment to resist sun and chemical deterioration so these flags maintain their vibrant colors against the rays of the sun.
You will notice the two solid Brass #2 grommets which will provide a rust free, firm grip. The flag header is made of heavy-duty bright white cotton polyester blend army duck cloth, and the fly end contains a double fold, reinforced fly stitching, plus 4 rows of extra fly stitching. For even more stitching reinforcement we added 3 ½” reinforced hem stitching on the top and bottom corners of the Flag. The stars on our cotton American flags are all beautifully embroidered.
