    We use 2 of these and after over 2 years one snapped in half sending our brand new usmc flag to the ground. I contacted the company and they sent a new one right away (7 days). They didn’t replace or reimburse for the flag, which I didn’t expect. I also didn’t expect them to stand behind their product after over 2 years, but they did. So even though we lost a flag, I know I can count on them to replace the pole. The second pole we have is still going strong

Simple instructions on how to secure the flag to the pole. We can now display our flag without having to untwist it after the slightest breeze. We highly recommend it. We did have to buy a new pole holder, since this pole was bigger than our old one. So make sure the pole will fit in your holder.

The spinning feature works well and keeps the flag from wrapping up on the pole. Nice product. The best part of flying our flag, more people on our street are now flying the flag on their house.

We also bought our house mount from this seller. It is also made with quality. We used concrete screws (not the screws provided) as our house is stucco over cinderblock. We have had this flag and pole about a month now, but don't leave it out in rain storms with heavy winds. It definitely does not furl around the pole and turns with the wind on very breezy days. The grommets are well-seated. In speaking with the company, the non-furl attachments are guaranteed to last but if they should crack or break, they will be replaced. Service was good, and the people in Customer Service were courteous and knowledgeable. There were no problems; I just wanted to speak with the company before ordering and found them to be reputable. The flag and pole are made with quality. They look great. I am sure it will last many years with proper care.

I fly my U.S. flag proudly 24/7/365 and I have yet to have a flag tangle or wrap on this pole. I have had the winds literally tear quad stitched flags apart and this pole stands straight.

    I didn't realize the pole comes in two pieces (the pieces screw together into one long pole), and there is a bearing or something where the two pieces meet so the half of the pole with the flag attached can twist/swing and prevent the flag from wrapping around the pole like my old wooden pole used to do.     Excellent Flagpole! We live in Missouri where 50 mph winds are normal. This flagpole can withstand the winds, and the no-tangle spinners keep the flag flying without wrapping around the pole. Love it!

    Tangle free is a true statement
    Awesome, if you hate coming home to a tangled flag this is your answer. The entire pole spins. Quality flag pole worth every penny.
